The demand for an easy and simple way of operation has always been in the foreground - not only because of the traditionally often changing personnel in the hotel industry but also to meet the wishes of the older generation in family owned businesses.

The guest at the center of attention

In this world of satellite dishes, the personal touch often gets left behind. You know the meaning of kindness, helpfulness and sympathy when it comes to the small or big problems of your guests. hotline supports you by putting the guest in the center of the work sphere of the reception personnel. Be it messages, wishes or problems of the guest; hotline actually asks to keep such information and to settle them to the advantage of the guest.

Information is registered at the screen and checked after transmission to the guest. Depending on the telephone or pay TV system, such information can also be signaled to the guest in his room. In a similar way, these two systems can receive wake-up calls fully automated, and will execute them in the guest’s spoken language.

Complaints will also be caught in the system, printed on paper and transmitted to the competent department. An evaluation of the amount of complaints over a longer period of time will also lead to the early recognition of faults and its remedy.
